Danny Paredes DPT, CSCS

Personal Trainer

Danny Paredes, PT, DPT, CSCS is one of our physical therapists here at Thin Air Physical Therapy. He is also available for personal training sessions. Danny spends his time training for marathons, as well as rock climbing, weight lifting, and hiking. He has experience with runners, boxers, and a wide variety of athletes. Danny is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and is ready to help you reach your goals!


Colm Cooper

Personal Trainer

Colm is a personal trainer with years of experience helping clients build strength and confidence. Raised in Buffalo, Colm studied Exercise Science at UB and is attending PT school at NAU. He loves to ski, lift weights, and play soccer. Colm is passionate about providing you with the knowledge and tools to reach new goals, whether you are a beginner or are ready to unlock your athletic potential.
